These are my absolute favorite snicker-doodle cookies! A must have for every non-dairy recipe book~
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine
½ Cup Butter (or ⅓ Cup oil)
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
Add
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Set aside
Combine
1 ½ Cups Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
Mix wet and dry ingredients together, then roll into Tablespoon size balls then coat in a mixture of ¼ Cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Line evenly on cookie sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes
