This is the first of what I hope to be many of my favorite non dairy and other allergy friendly recipes!
Poppy Seed Muffins
350° for 20-25 minutes
Combine and set aside
3 cups all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
combine:
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk (or water)
1 cup canola oil
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract
dry ingredients
bake in greased or lined muffin cups. Cool 10 min before removing from pan
