Banana pancakes



Banana Pancakes

Mash
2 ripe bananas

Add
2 Tbs oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Set aside
Mix
1 ½ c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbs white sugar
1Tbs baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Add to wet ingredients
Add
1 c. milk (Almond milk or water)

Non-dairy Ice Cream



Mix 
  • ½ can coconut milk
  • 3 Tbs Sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt*
Add
  • ¾ Cup frozen Almond milk
  • Blend together until the texture is between a smoothie and soft serve ice cream. 
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours to achieve a good consistency

*The amount of salt you need will change based on how much salt is in the milk you use,
as well as the flavor and brand of the milk.

Non-dairy Peanut Butter Cookies



These are a favorite among my family!  They taste delicious and are surprisingly addictive!

Peanut Butter Cookies 375° 10 min 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter (⅔ c. olive oil, or ⅔-¾ c. coconut oil) 1 c. peanut butter Cream. Beat in: 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk (Water) 2 tsp vanilla Add: 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt Roll into tablespoon sized balls and bake for 10 minutes

Non-dairy Brownies



Brownies are my favorite of all desserts, and this is the best recipe that I have found.  Whether doing it dairy free or according to the recipe, they are delicious!

Brownies Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (⅓ cup oil) 
1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Mix cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Then add oil and mix till thoroughly combined. Then add eggs and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8 inch pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Sugar Free Banana Bread



Not only is this banana bread dairy free, but it is sugar free as well!

Banana Bread 350° 1 hr. 1/2 c. margarine (⅓ c. oil) 1 c. sugar (⅔ c. honey) Cream. Add: 2 eggs Beat. Add: 1 c. mashed bananas 1/4 c. milk (water) 1 tsp lemon juice Mix. Sift in: 2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Mix Bake in well greased 8X4X3 in. loaf pan

Non-dairy Poppy Seed Muffin



This is the first of what I hope to be many of my favorite non dairy and other allergy friendly recipes!

Poppy Seed Muffins 350° for 20-25 minutes Combine and set aside 3 cups all-purpose flour 2-1/2 cups sugar 2 tablespoons poppy seeds 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1-1/2 teaspoons salt combine: 3 eggs 1-1/2 cups milk (or water) 1 cup canola oil 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract dry ingredients bake in greased or lined muffin cups. Cool 10 min before removing from pan

Non-dairy Snicker-doodle Cookie



These are my absolute favorite snicker-doodle cookies!  A must have for every non-dairy recipe book~

Preheat oven to 350° Combine ½ Cup Butter (or ⅓ Cup oil) ½ Cup Granulated Sugar ⅓ Cup Brown Sugar Add 1 Egg 1 teaspoon Vanilla Set aside Combine 1 ½ Cups Flour ½ teaspoon Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon Cream of Tartar ¼ teaspoon Salt ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Mix wet and dry ingredients together, then roll into Tablespoon size balls then coat in a mixture of ¼ Cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon Line evenly on cookie sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes
